This registration process will allow you to register a user for access to the portal.

Your Channel org. no. is a five digit number usually beginning with "0". If you do not know your Channel org. no., please contact Channel Care.

Your sales rep. no. is a five digit number provided by TELUS. If you do not know your sales rep. no., please contact Channel Care.

A registration key is created when a store rep is activated with TELUS, it is CASE SENSITIVE and expires seven days after creation. If you do not know your registration key, please contact [email protected] or your support person.
